While on a hike to photograph petroglyphs during a snowfall, I came across this serene landscape. I had the wrong lens for the photograph in my mind; I dropped my backpack and raced back to my truck. I carefully changed lenses without letting snow fall on the glass and finished the roll of film with a series of exposures of this quiet landscape.
