The seaside dusk image I saw in my mind was difficult to create with the fierce wind hitting this small cliff above the water. Knowing it was impossible to get stillness I decided to make an exposure with the tall grass blurred; I made it one of the three layers (in addition to the moving sea and sky). I setup the perspective so the grass was reaching into the sea and used my Hasselblad 28mm + HTS + Grad ND filters for 1 minute 42 seconds @ f20. It was cold and my hands hurt by the time I was finished.
